What we actually collect
CasinoClaude does not run any player accounts, and no deposit, wager or withdrawal ever moves through our servers. The information that reaches us therefore stays firmly on the light side: the pages you opened, a rough regional guess, and the browser and device you happened to use, all captured through Microsoft Clarity and Matomo, plus of course whatever you decide to type into an email to us.
| Data type | How we obtain it | Why we hold it |
|---|---|---|
| Pages viewed and click paths | Analytics scripts (once you consent) | To see which reviews and guides earn their place |
| Approximate location (country, region) | Derived from your IP address | To show region-relevant content and comply with local rules |
| Device and browser fingerprint (broad type) | Standard request headers | To fix layout bugs and prioritise mobile testing |
| Anything in an email you send us | You choose to send it | To reply and, if relevant, to update the site |
Cookies and how we measure traffic
Cookies and comparable tools give us a sense of how readers travel through the site, which guides deserve their spot near the top, and which corners could use more attention. All of that measurement happens at an aggregate level and is never wielded to single you out as an individual visitor. If you'd rather your browser refused or wiped cookies on its own schedule, go ahead, the site will still function perfectly, we'll just have a slightly emptier analytics dashboard.
Affiliate links and what they see
A significant slice of the outbound casino links across our reviews are affiliate links. Should you click through and eventually open an account, the operator can flag that the sign-up traces back to CasinoClaude, which is the mechanism our commission is calculated on. There's no extra cost added to you, the arrangement has no influence over how a casino is scored, and the operator never passes your personal account information back in the other direction.
Third parties, your rights and how to reach us
A slice of our data handling takes place inside third-party platforms: primarily our analytics vendors and our email hosting provider, each operating under its own privacy documentation. Selling or renting personal data is not something Casino Claude has ever done and never will. Readers based in the European Union, the United Kingdom or in any jurisdiction with equivalent safeguards can ask us at any time to reveal, correct or erase whatever personal information we happen to hold on them.
Send those requests, and any other questions about this document, to privacy@casinoclaude.fyi. This page will be updated when our tooling or the legal landscape shifts, and the text in front of you is the version current as of 2026.
